12 January 2010 Is it required to pay stamp duty on allotement of share in Rajasthan.
Please answer....

13 January 2010 well its not required to pay stamp duty on allotment of share whether in raj or any where else, but at the time of allotment you have to pass a board resolution for allotment of shares and e file form 2 with ROC.
