10 October 2013 Dear Sir, I am having a Company Name. How to get its Service Tax no. Pls. suggest any website pls. to get ST No. by company name.

11 October 2013 It is not possible. Service tax registration is based on PAN number only. in the PAN,5th character represents the company/person name first letter.
