06 September 2013 A persons' PAN No. indicates some spelling error in her name while filing ITR whether correct name can be mentioned or the same should be filed with the name as mentioned as per PAN details.

06 September 2013 Incase small spelling mistake,you can file in the normal correct name, only PAN should be correctly mentioned.

Major mistake, better apply for correction and file the ITR
