Some employees are yet to submit their it pan

06 November 2012 Dear Sirs,

There are still some employees are yet to submit their income tax PAN details. In this regard, I am not able to file the Form24 quarterly return.

Please advise me whether I file the return mentioning "PANNOTAVBL" for those employees instead of waiting from them.

Would it create any issues to the companies or employees in future??

06 November 2012 Give a Deadline to Them Say 7 Days Herein After.
if Not Give Then Directly Submitt return as "PAN NOT AVAILABLE".
no Problem.
Just @20% Flat rate TDS Need to be Deducted.

Deduct @20%, Employee Will Automatically submitt PAN.
