I create a stock market software of my own and allow my customers to use the software for a period of 1 year and get subscription charges for that. Will I be covered under Service Tax or VAT? But after one year the customers have to pay the subscription to use that software. Else they cannot use in the subsequent year. I think I will be covered under Service Tax as I receive Yearly Charges from Customers.
