Kindly let me know if the SOFTEX invoice value is below USD 25000 is there no need to submit the SOFTEX forms to STPI/RBI.

I request the experts to help me to get the clarification.

07 October 2009 You have to submit Softex invoice to STPI if you have registered under STPI irrespective of the amount.
