My client is a Pvt. Ltd. company situated in Vadodara, Gujarat, India running & providing GPS Services and deal in Softwares locally and in export. The company is not enjoying any export incetives, does it require to file Softex form ?

But, as my client is not taking any export incentive as it is in the case of STPI, what is the impact of not filing softex forms ? Will be they restrained from any right which they are not claiming being not registered with STPI ?.
