if a person is having a turnover of 15 lakhs, 9.25 lakhs in the last two preceding years and current financial has a value of taxable service of Rs. 11.90 is eligible for exemption as available to small service provider? Can this exemption be claimed more than one year?

yes he can claim exemption for that year...such exemption can b claimed only in d year of which in previous year such taxable service provided didnt exceeded 10lakhs ..
