hello sir, i need a loan for my business but i cant able to process because , the bank said they want the income-tax return for two years .....i have not paid any income tax till now...can it be possible i can make my two year income tax return now and pay the whatever its calculated

File the returns on line for last 2 years and 1 or 2 years physically. It is nothing like when you should and when you can file the return.
If you are looking for bank finance then the returns should be taxable. Pay the Tax,Interest and file it now.

Yes you can file the two years returns For FY 2009-10 & 2010-11 for FY 2009-10 last date was 04-08-2010 so you have to pay interest on that tax if that year salary was taxable and For FY 2010-11 last date is 31-07-2011

Kindly let the assessee decide when and how and through whom they should file the returns etc. Only give your comments and expert advise.
