Can KARTA of the HUF using his individual capacity, has an authority to sign on behalf of the HUF in the verification section of SARAL FORM using his personal PAN.

Yes, Karta of HUF has to use his personal PAN no to make signature on ITR. Because of singature shall be make by the individual only so individual capacity pan no has to indicate.
