Signing of mgt 7 for small company

26 December 2018 AS per company law mgt 7 form for small company signed by director or company secretary but i have an issue with signing mgt 7 even if it is small company and fulfil all the condition of small company definition(amended) form requires company secretary sign

what should i do

26 December 2018 If the paid up capital of the company is below ten crore then the forms need not be signed by the Company Secretary. You may simply leave the signature field for Company Secretary empty and your form will be prescruitinised successfully
