Signing of mbp-4 by director... w.r.t. mbp-1

Dear Sir/s,
As per section 189 (1) of the CA, 2013, the Mbp-4 is required to be signed by all the directors.
so my qus. is whether all the pages of the register MBP-4 is required to be signed by all the directors or each page will be signed by each direcor.
For Ex. in a company there are 3 directors as Mr. A, B and C. They give their declaration (MBP-1) in first BM.
After entering the dis. of intt. in Reg of Contract (MBP-4).
So my qus in this case is whether the each page will be signed by all the directors
or
every page will be signed by each director(as Mr. A will sign on his page)
Kindly solve this problem ASAP.
