As per companies act, 2013 financial statements of a company has to be signed by chairperson, if authorised so or by 2 director one of whom shall be MD, CEO (if he is director), CFO, CS, whereever they are appointed. What if company doesn't have MD and chairperson is not able to sign financials. Can normal 2 directors sign financials in that case.
