Respacted Experts, in a case, one of the subscriber is residing outside india, who does not have any visa to come in india . So what are the options available relating to signing and notary of INC-9, from where he can notrized the said document, without being present in india. ?

Such documents (alongwith all his proofs) should be apostilled/notarised in the country where he is residing. He do not need to come to India for signature.
