This query is : Resolved

26 July 2012 IS IT NECESSERY THAT THE BALANCE SHEET AND THE AUDIT REPORT SHOULD BE SIGNED BY THE AUDITOR BEFORE ISSUING THE NOTICE OF THE A.G.M TO THE MEMBERS, OR CAN IT BE SIGNED EVEN AFTER THE NOTICE IS ISSUED .

OR IS THERE ANY OTHER RULE FOR IT.PLEASE EXPLAIN

26 July 2012 It is rather convention rather than RULE. AGM is convened to adopt the annual accounts. It is a good gesture to present before the AGM which are audited.

26 July 2012 Yes you should get them Signed by your Respected Auditor

27 July 2012 Auditors report and Balance sheet are required to be signed by the Auditors.

Notice can be signed after the finalization of accounts.

Director report can only be signed after finalization of accounts as it dealt with the Auditors Report.
