No, at AGM audited balance sheet is adopted. Therefore, it is to be approved by the directors and thereafter Audited and signed by the Auditors, then only put for the approval of shareholders in the AGM.
moreover Balance sheet must be audited atleast 21 days before the AGM, Coz the notice of the AGM sholud be circulated to the Shareholder within the abovementioned period.
