Is there is any requirement in companies act or income tax act regarding signing of partner in tax audit report or in balancesheet and p&L A/C???( sign of partner of firm of which we have conducted audit) If yes in which section???

Why would companies Act will cover details or provisions related to Partners? Please be specific with your questions. And in every case apart from the audit report prepared by Chartered Accountant, the sign of the representative is necessary.
