can a CA in full time practice can sign audit report without forming any firm in his own individual capacity means in his own name

Yes. It is possible to sign audit reports in personal name if a practising CA is doing practice in his individual name. but the Audit reports of the Company should mention the Firm Reg No. of the signatory auditor.
