18 March 2013 Can a sole practitioner Chartered Accountant sign Balance sheet of a Private Limited company who is having a turnover of less than Rs 1 crore and also what are the areas where sole practitioner cannot sign or certify?

17 July 2013 Once you have passed CA there is no bar on signing any Balance sheet as the proprietor of any CA firm. The only restriction is without peer review of your firm for last 3 years you cannot sign a Balance Sheet of listed company.
