17 August 2010 I have passes ca final in may 2010 and I have taken COP. whether I can sign audit reports of financial year 2009-10.

17 August 2010 Unlike Audit under Companies Act, a tax auditor can be appointed even after the end of the finanlcial year.

So if at the time of signing tax audit report you have CP, you can sign the tax audit report.
