Two subcribers. One is UK citizen, presently in UK and other is NRI presently in USA. How to get MoA & AoA signed by them alongwith sign of witness.?? Thank you

Mail the first subscriber and thereafter second subscriber and asked them to get the signature of witness of their respective countries
