can anyboby tell me under which section or page of icome tax it is written that if stcg is other than the transections come u/s 111a, slab rate will apply(in case of individuals)

Section 111A is a section of Chapter XII which deals with 'Determination of tax in certain Special Cases'. A case which is not covered by that chapter or the section will obviously be covered by normal provisions dealing with that income.
