Short Deduction of T.D.S

04 February 2011 Our client has deducted tds @ 1% on contractors which is a pvt ltd co in 3rd quarter.. They have filed return for the 3rd quarter.. Bt there is short deduction of tds... What should be done now???

04 February 2011 you can very well revise the said return by putting correct details and paying the additional TDS liability with appropriate interest
