if a company didn't furnish its details of shares trfd. in a previous year. Then what is the procedure to get this trf. registered with ROC? Please advise.
28 May 2011
There is no need to furnish/register share transfers with ROC separately. These information are to be given in annual return of the company which is to be filed along with Form 20B with ROC. If Form 20B is already filed the only option is to file a revised 20B along with a letter to ROC as optional attachment explaining the reasons for fresh filing. Please note filing fees as well as additional fees will be payable on filing of this form also.
