A is the holding company. B and C are its subsdiaries. B issued shares to C. Now, C wants to issue the same to the Holding company, Is this possible??

A holding company is nothing but which holds more than 51% of shares in subsidiary company. You are not clear. If B issued shares to C, then it is an investment for C. Then how can C issue that. Its not issue. Its actually sale of investments. Ask questions clearly.
