Dear sir If i square up a transaction on the same day it is called intra day but if i purchase shares today and sold these tomorrow or day after tomorrow (delivery of shares not taken in personal demat account): will this transaction is treated as intra day for 44AB purpose or is it treated as STCG or LTCG.
