If company (limited by Share ) is incorporate on June'13 let me knw company has require share certificate??? If yes then all pocedure and format attach. If no,So y??

It doesn't matter whether the company is incorporated in June,13 or prior to that, the company is required to issue share certificate if it is not dematerialised.
