24 September 2014 Whether share capital can be brought in cash by directors of Pvt. Ltd. company

24 September 2014 No subscription money in cash is not allowed as they same will be objected by the auditors.

I would suggest you to take the money through cheques and deposit the same in newly opened bank account of the company.

Also see section 39(1) of the companies act 2013.
