Suppose I have a Dmat & Trading account with my bank, and I bough 100 share of TCS, My question is how dose Company or Registrar of the Co get known that I have bough the shares, Dose every day BSC or NIFTY provide the date regarding sale or purchase to the Company or Registrar? How know first about the transaction of share Company or Registrar of the Co. ?
