In my company Mr ajay is working as VP Marketing, he is one of the brilliant employee, every project started by him till now was successful and profitable for the company , a 100 crore project is recently sanctioned by board and bank loan is also approved...project is also started,,,,now a female employee had complained against ajay for sexual harassment....company had a strong policy against sexual harassment....Now the question arise.... 1)with the Suspension of Ajay, the new launch come to a hold , resulting in a loss of more than Rs. 120 crore, as already Mou's signed 2) if action not taken it will send a completely different signal to all female employee, it may result in union problem apart from loosing face in the market..............please suggest what to do....as matter is very critical and sensitive.....urgent suggestions required

Hi, Please verify & reconfirm about this sensitive issue before taking into consideration as both the human resources are very much important for a company. Enquire both the employees before taking any action & then conclude with the top management. Good Luck...
