21 March 2014 is there any change in syllabus of service tax and after nov 2013 for may 2014 ipcc???

21 March 2014 1. Finance Act 2013 will be applicable for May 2014 exams.

Further circulars & notifications issued till 30th October will also be applicable.

2. You can get all the amendments in the supplementary module published by the Institute.
