01 March 2013 i want to know about the settlement appeal ...
the applicant which is running his case in trimunal can appeal in the settlement appeal

the commision has favour on which party the applicant or the other party

what all formalities are their in the settlement appeal which was started by wachoo...

12 April 2013 You are talking of filing Application before the Settlement Commission. The Application is to be filed u/s 245 and you have to undergo all the formalities as required by the said provisions of Section 245.
