Set-off of marks in case of exemption...?

17 October 2011 I have got Exemption in 2 subjects of group 1 CA Final, Audit and C law 60, 62 respectively (May'2011 attempt)

In case I score 50 each in account and SFM in Nov'2011 attempt, am I going to get set-off of 22 marks in second group...?
