Please advise, Our company is having income from other sources (Interest income ) is it can be set off against the unabsorbed dep. because unabsorbed dep can be set off against any income.

As per sec 32(2) unabsorbed depreciation can be set off against any income..so you can set off unabsorbed dep by income from other sources
