02 November 2014 I have collected service tax from customers but did not pay because the turnover is still 4 lakh, I want to ask whether I need to wait for turnover of ten lakh and pay the collected service tax or is there any other option to avoid?

02 November 2014 the exemption limit is Rs. 10 lacs but if u have collected s.t. irrespective of your exemptions limits u have to pay the amount to the govt. People do avoid by not paying to the govt.
