Service tax wrongly paid as tds u/s 94j

Bymistake we have deposited Service Tax Rs. 9517/- as TDS U/s 94J. What is the procedure for sorting this problem
hence you are requested to kindly advise on this matter.

14 May 2013 Each tax are different authority. what ever paid as TDS u/s.194J need to adjust with further TDS deductions and pay service tax correctly now
