05 January 2016 we are supplying manpower for housekeeping purpose. the rate quoted by us include labour wage + company contribution for PF AND ESIC. The service tax leviable on whole total or only labour wages and what rate.

05 January 2016 it will be on the total. You cannot claim reimbursements as deduction for computing service tax.
