Service tax should be paid based on invoice amount or paymen

14 November 2011 Service Tax amount to be paid based on Invoice amount or payment received.

If invoice amount is Rs.1 lac+ST 10300=TOTAL Rs.110300. And if the payment received is Rs.99270 what is the service tax amount we need to pay. Please clarify

14 November 2011 AFTER JULY 2011 YOU HAVE TO PAY WHOLE AMOUNT AT THE TIME OF BILLING .

BUT IF YOU RECEIVED ADVANCE AMOUNT WHAT YOU MENTIONED YOU NEED TO PAY ONLY ON THAT .
