I want to apply for service tax registration number. Pleas suggest me that on which form i have to apply for that and what documents is required for enclosing with application.

1. You have to apply in Form ST - 1. 2. Documents to be enclosed - Enclose photocopy of PAN card, proof of address to be registered and copy of constitution /partner ship deed etc. of the firm, if any.
