We Claimed a Refund of Rs 2,20,047.00 accoring the Refund Notification No 41/2007. The Service Tax Authority sanctioned Rs 38,547.00
We are not satisfied with the amount.
1. To whome We will lodge a complain ?

Doctors, Pleaders are not in the net of SERVICE TAX. But if a Dorctor is engaged in "Beautification Servic" like Plastick Surgery for beautification, Fat reducing consultant, etc for beautification then only they will be in SERVICE TAX net.

You have the facility of going in appeal against the order and then further till you get relief.
