06 April 2009 Apply for refund of service tax to the jurisdictional AC/DC under Section 11B of the C.Ex. Act, 1944 as made applicable under service tax vide section 83 of the FA 1994. Use the Form- R meant for application of application of refund (Rule 173S of erstwhile Central Excise Rules 1944.
