Can i claim service tax input credit on services which are used for 1) administrative purpose 2) Office Purpose
Please tell me the relevant section or notification based on which i can claim or not claim the service tax input credit, bcuz i have to quote the statutory points to my superiors while telling my opinion to them.

No, you can take only input credit of those service which you have used for providing output services and which has direct connection to those services.
