22 July 2012 As per Amendment Made wef 01.07.2012 , Co. has to deposit of service tax on taxi's Bill on 40% of the total Bill from Individual. wether ther is any exemption limit of it or Not .

22 July 2012 If you are already a service provider or coming under business entity, rent a cab service attracts service tax reverse charge. No exemption is allowed.

In fact, 100% of the bill amount is attracting service tax if the service provider avails abatement on any motor vehicles designed to carry passengers on rent-a-cab services.
