Dear Sir / mam Ours is a manufacturing concern. We are paying service tax on the freight on the transportation that is done from the factory to the godown. My query is that " Are we required to pay service on the freight amount paid while sending goods to the final consumer/ dealers ? or "Is it exempted under payment of secondary freight ?"
