Dear All, We have received notice from Goa Industrial Development Corporation for Lease Rent Payment for our factory at Goa for last 5 Years. This Notice also include payment of Service tax on this Lease rent from date 06.09.2007 upto 06.09.2012
We would like to know is Service tax payable on lease rent payable to GIDC for lease of Factory Place? IF yes from which date this service has become taxable?
