Service tax on renting of immovable properrty

I have a query, if i rent my residential house in the name of a company but the company uses it for residential purpose i.e for its staff, so whether service tax is applicable??

11 November 2013 purpose of renting must be specified in your rent deed itself then you can claim for exemption of "residential purpose"
