What is the present status of service tax on rent above Rs.10 lacs. Is it chargeable to tax

The matter is before the SC but the decision as ond ate which is applicable is the Delhi High Court that ST is not liable to tax,.
Therefore in my view the same can be followed after taking due care of taking indemnity from the cusotmers.
