hi, Please clear the position in case of service tax applicablity of rail freight in case of exporter. A company being exporter, paying rail freight. Railway is charging service tax. Now whether service tax is applicable on railway freight. Exporter is rice exporter. Whether any exemption is available to rice exporter in the category of food grain
