KINDLY ADVISE SERVICE TAX LIABILITIES WILL CREATE AT THE TIME OF PROVISON OR AT THE TIME OF BILL BOOKING

29 June 2016 its better to take service tax on the time invoice recd., due to some time invoices not recd as prov. we are take, and suffer loss of service tax, for safe side you can take assure party bill service tax deposit with the deptt.
