14 June 2016 Do we charge 15% ST on Gross Amt before Discount or After Discount ?

Ex : Gross Amt - Rs. 1000
Discount - Rs 100
Net amt - Rs 900/-

No part payment is received .
So ST will be applicable on Net Amt or Gross Amt ?
